Dunlop custom-made components can be manufactured using an enormous range of rubber materials including:
■ Dunlop AA wear-resistant rubber sheeting manufactured strictly in accordance with DIN 7715 international standards. Available in 60º Shore A and 40º Shore A in a range of thicknesses from 3mm up to 40mm.
■ 3.5mm thick tear-resistant rubber sheet with a polyester/nylon fabric core ply. It has a ‘Fabric print’ on one side to prevent slippage and a smooth surface on the reverse.
■ ‘Rufftop’ profiled anti-slip rubber available in both 10mm and 6mm thicknesses.
■ Super-tough fabric reinforced rubber ranging from 6.5mm thick 2-ply to 17mm 4-ply.
■ Fabric ply reinforced rubber engineered to handle specific demands including oil, fats & greases, aggressive chemicals, heat, and fire.
ANTI-VIBRATION / ANTI-SLIP RUBBER PADS AND MOUNTS
Dunlop provides anti-vibration and anti-slip rubber pads and mounts to significantly reduce noise, vibration, and slippage for general purpose plant and machinery mounting.
Available in thicknesses from 1mm to 25mm, they can be used for a wide variety of applications including: conveyors, compressors, air conditioners & chillers, fans, pumps, generators, presses, lathes, drills and much, much more.
RUBBER GASKETS AND SEALS
We produce custom made gaskets and seals using top quality SBR Dunlop rubber in both 40º Shore A and 60º Shore A. We can manufacture almost any rubber gasket in small or large quantities, to your design and specifications.
Dunlop Ultima rubber sheeting can be used for numerous applications including anti-static safety matting, sound and dust insulation, low-pressure pipe seals, gaskets, weatherstrip, etc. Dunlop Ultima has excellent water, ozone & UV resistant properties as well as first-class mechanical properties and abrasion resistance.
A major advantage of all Dunlop “Made in Holland” rubber products is that they are all fully anti-static (ATEX 94/9/EC) as per EN/ISO 284 and ozone and UV resistant according to EN/ISO 1431 (50 pphm, strain 20%, 96 hours no cracking) in order to avoid premature failure due to cracking and degradation of the rubber.
